Amnesty.dk handler om interaktivitet, kommunikation, engagement og støtte. Teknologi og design arbejder sammen om at give besøgende mulighed for at engagere sig og blive en del af løsningen. Med et rent, minimalistisk, men visuelt intensivt design, gør Amnesty.dk layoutet slutbrugeren opmærksomhed på det vigtigste indhold på sitet.
Amnesty.dk indeholder tre systemer, som arbejder sammen: et websted med social media elementer, en e-handelsløsning, og et Customer Relation Management system. Således kan besøgende vise deres støtte til organisationen ved at shoppe, give donationer, underskrive kampagner og give kommentarer uden at afsløre deres private data til tredjeparter.
